Available now but with a limited infrastructure. This remote area can be used for  hazardous testing operations.  A Liquid Oxygen flow loop for component validation testing is operational and ready for use.

Liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen testing for  full scale simulations  in quantities similar to small launch pads will be available.  Storage vessels are on hand and will be installed as the site infrastructure allows. The planned flow capabilities are 1000 gpm of liquid hydrogen, 200 gpm of liquid nitrogen (normal supply), and up to 1500 gpm of liquid oxygen or liquid nitrogen.

This site borders the Atlantic ocean and can be used for destructive testing as well.
